About Tamar Lechter
I am an activator! That means my number one strength is taking all of your ideas, thoughts, innovations, and hunches and fine tuning them into actionable items. I help you clear out the fog, get un-stuck and move forward.
Turn your long list of values and ideas into a concise brand
Transform a passionate dream into a clear business opportunity
Convert a lifetime of work experience into a strong interview strategy
Build from your strengths into the best version of yourself in all aspects of your life
With over 15 years in corporate and non profit development, I bring a wealth of experience to my clients, as well as coaching best practices.
Whether serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Eastern Europe, working for domestic and international non profits, or coaching amazing individuals, I have a knack for understanding relationships and connections. I see things that other may miss, and I help shine a light on the best path to reaching your potential.
When I'm not coaching, my husband and I are raising two little girls, who challenge and inspire me on a daily basis.
